Last updated: October 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SayWorthy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the service.

2. Third-Party Platforms and LinkedIn Disclaimer

SayWorthy integrates with third-party platforms including LinkedIn to enable authorized post scheduling and publishing via official APIs.

SayWorthy is an independent software application and is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with LinkedIn Corporation or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. The official LinkedIn website can be found at https://www.linkedin.com. The name "LinkedIn" as well as related names, marks, emblems, and images are registered trademarks of their respective owners.

3. Content and Intellectual Property Ownership

You retain 100% full ownership of all thoughts, notes, business stories, and drafts created through SayWorthy. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you produce.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that posts scheduled or published to your LinkedIn account comply with LinkedIn's User Agreement, Professional Community Policies, and all applicable laws.

4. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

SayWorthy is designed to assist professionals in publishing authentic content. You agree not to use the service for generating automated spam, deceptive marketing, harassment, malicious code, or unlawful material.

5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

Our refund terms, including our 7-day money-back guarantee for initial purchases, are governed by our separate Refund Policy.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

SayWorthy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While our Worthy Gate verification workflow is designed to prevent AI hallucinations, you are always responsible for final review before approving posts for publication.

In no event shall SayWorthy or its founders be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform or third-party API changes.
