• Content and Story Notes: Inputs shared during conversational interviews, confirmed fact summaries, editorial revisions, and voice preference metrics.
• Payment Records: Billing and payment processing is handled securely by our payment partner Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Data and AI Safeguards

Your inputs, thoughts, and interview transcripts are used exclusively to draft posts for your personal queue, refine your tone, and manage your publishing schedule.

We uphold strict AI confidentiality boundaries: we never sell your data, and we never use your private business anecdotes, financial reflections, or client stories to train public foundation models. All third-party AI processing providers operate under commercial zero-data-retention agreements.

4. Data Security and Encryption

We apply industry-standard security measures, including modern SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit and encryption at rest for stored records. Access to production environments is strictly restricted.

5. Data Retention and Your Deletion Rights

You retain full control over your content. You can delete individual drafts, disconnect your LinkedIn integration, or request complete account deletion at any time.

To request a complete purge of your account, profile, and all associated story drafts, email our team at support@sayworthy.ai. We will permanently delete your records from our active databases within thirty days of verification.
